This study focuses on the application and inheritance of the intangible cultural heritage shell carving skills in art education in universities.Through designing and implementing a shell carving teaching plan,the study aims to pass down the shell carving skills and stimulate students'interest and innovative thinking towards traditional culture.The research proposes integrated paths and teaching strategies,including curriculum settings,practical teaching,and school-enterprise cooperation,with the goal of constructing a systematic teaching system for the intangible cultural heritage shell carving skills.This adds new vitality to art education in universities and promotes the inheritance and innovation of traditional culture.
