摘要
为满足行业对包装高精度、高可靠性的卓越追求,解决生产过程中包装机组所面临的诸多问题,包括每垛条盒商标纸的牛皮纸保护层去除、隔板回收及条盒商标纸与小盒透明纸的手工上料等挑战,设计开发了一种基于视觉成像技术的高速包装机辅料智能化自动装载系统。结果表明,该系统将人工配送成本降低90%,现场占地空间减少68%,有效提高了包装质量和效率,可推广应用于行业内其他包装设备上。
In order to meet the industry's excellent pursuit of high precision and reliability in packaging,and solve many problems faced by packaging units in the production process,including the challenges of removing the protective layer of kraft paper from the trademark paper of each pallet of strip boxes,the recovery of dividers,and the manual loading of the trademark paper of the strip box and the transparent paper of the small box,a high-speed packaging machine auxiliary intelligent automatic loading system based on visual imaging technology has been designed and developed.The results show system can reduce the cost of manual distribution by 90%,reduce the site space by 68%,effectively improve the quality and efficiency of packaging,popularized and applied to other packaging equipment in the line.
