摘要
本文针对电子级玻璃纤维非满筒原丝在捻线加工生产过程中断头高、毛羽多,不但严重影响电子纱的产品质量,而且还增加了一道不定长纱的找头放纱工序问题,结合电子级玻璃纤维特点,分析目前捻线设备在生产非满筒原丝过程中存在不足,设计自动留尾装置。对自动留尾装置的设计原理、结构特点与应用前景进行分析说明。同时将自动留尾装置应用于捻线机,改善非满筒玻璃纤维原丝断头现象,提升电子纱品质,减少生产工序步骤。并简要分析电子级玻璃纤维自动留尾装置的适用性和应用前景。
This article focuses on the problem of high breakage and excessive fuzz in the production process of electronic glass fiber non full tube raw silk during twisting,which not only seriously affects the product quality of electronic yarn,but also adds a process of finding and releasing the yarn of indefinite length yarn.Combining with the characteristics of electronic glass fiber,the article analyzes the shortcomings of current twisting equipment in the production of non full tube raw silk and designs an automatic tail retention device.Analyze and explain the design principle,structural characteristics,and application prospects of the automatic tail retention device.At the same time,the automatic tail retention device will be applied to the twisting machine to improve the breakage phenomenon of non full tube glass fiber precursor fibers,improve the quality of electronic yarns,and reduce production process steps.And briefly analyze the applicability and application prospects of electronic glass fiber automatic tail retention device.
