药品包装设计中防潮工艺的应用与研究

摘要 药品在流通和存储阶段,极易受空气中水含量、温湿度变化等影响而发生潮解,严重损坏药品质量和有效性,损害用药安全。在药品包装设计中应用防潮工艺是势在必行的措施。电喷雾防潮工艺利用电喷雾技术将防潮剂以微粒化的形式喷洒到药品表面,形成薄而均匀的防潮层,可有效减少药品因受潮而产生裂片、松片、结块变质等问题,确保药品质量和效用。 During the circulation and storage stages,drugs are highly susceptible to deliquescence caused by changes in water content,temperature and humidity in the air,cause deliquescence and seriously damage the quality and effectiveness of drugs,leading to medication safety.The application of moistureproof technology in drug packaging design is an imperative measure.The electric spray moisture-proof process uses the electric spray technology to spray the moisture-proof agent to the drug surface in the form of particles to form a thin and uniform moisture-proof layer,which can effectively reduce the problems such as fragmentation,looseness,agglomeration and deterioration of drugs due to moisture,and ensure the quality and effectiveness of drugs.
