摘要
筛选出最佳低温漂白铜系仿酶催化剂为CAT-3,并得出最佳工艺为:过氧化氢(30%)9 g/L、氢氧化钠2 g/L、漂白时间50 min、漂白温度75℃。低温漂白织物的白度、毛效、顶破强力保留率、失重率分别达到74.98%、14.03 cm/30 min、93.91%、3.19%;除白度外,其他指标均优于传统高温漂白工艺。
The CAT-3 was selected as the optimum copper-based biomimetic catalyst,and the optimum process was:hydrogen peroxide(30%)9 g/L,sodium hydroxide 2 g/L,bleaching time 50 min,and bleaching temperature 75℃.The whiteness index,wettability,bursting strength retention rate and weight loss percent of the low-temperature bleached fabric reach about 74.98%,14.03 cm/30 min,93.91%,and 3.19%,respectively;Except the whiteness index,the other parameters are better than those of the fabric bleached by the traditional high-temperature process.
