Difficulties and Strategies of Rule of Law Education for Minority College Students in the New Era

少数民族法治教育是我国法治建设的一部分。进入新时代,高校法治教育主客体的需求发生了变化,适时调整教育策略,根据少数民族大学生的特殊性和区域性的特点,深入探索高校法治教育面临的主要问题和原因,积极寻求有效的教育途径,提供有效的法治教育供给。因此,高校需要在构建跨文化的社会法治环境、加强学校法治建设和强化少数民族大学生自身法治学习等方面着力。

Ethnic minority rule of law education is a part of the country’s rule of law construction.In the new era,the demands of the subject and object of legal education in colleges and universities have changed,which calls for the adjustments of educational strategies correspondingly.According to the particularity and regional characteristics of minority college students,the main problems and reasons faced by legal education in colleges and universities should be explored in depth.Effective educational approaches should be actively sought to provide effective supply of legal education.Therefore,we need to focus on building a cross-cultural social environment governed by law,strengthening the construction of the rule of law in colleges and universities,as well as the rule of law learning among ethnic minority college students.
