文章在对高职大学生契约精神进行调查研究的基础上,分析高职大学生契约精神缺失的成因;以心理契约为切入点,厘清高职大学生契约精神教育与心理契约之间的逻辑关系;从外部环境和内部环境视角出发,探究基于心理契约的高职大学生契约精神教育体系。

The causes of the lack of contract spirit of higher vocational students has been investigated based on survey.The logical relationship between psychological contract and contract spirit education in higher vocational colleges has been analyzed.The authors have also explored the internalization model of contract spirit education for higher vocational college students from the perspective of external and internal environment.
