应用型大学教师课堂教学能力的现状与对策 被引量:3

摘要 应用型大学教师的课堂教学能力总体处于良好水平。从课堂教学能力的三大构成因子看,应用型大学教师的演示能力和讲授能力较强,互动能力较弱。应用型大学教师的课堂教学能力存在性别、职称、教龄、学位等人口统计学差异,其中,女性教师的课堂教学能力总体高于男性教师;课堂教学能力的高低与教师职称高低呈正相关,与教师学位呈负相关;课堂教学能力在教龄轴上呈"W型"发展趋势,"新手型"教师和"新晋教授"在教师总体中处于课堂教学能力的两个低谷。针对应用型大学教师课堂教学能力特点,提出"坚持目标导向,不断推进教师课堂教学能力的持续提升"和"关注特殊群体,分别促进不同类型教师的教学能力发展"两大对策建议,对促进应用型大学教师课堂教学能力提升具有重要启示意义。 The classroom teaching ability of teachers in applied universities is generally at a good level.From the view of the three constituent factors of classroom teaching ability,the"demonstration ability"and"teaching ability"of applied university teachers are strong,and the"interactive ability"is weak.There are demographic differences in the classroom teaching ability of teachers in applied universities,such as gender,professional title,teaching age,and degree.The classroom teaching ability of female teachers is generally higher than that of male teachers.The level of classroom teaching ability is positively related to the teacher’s title,while negatively related to the teacher’s degree.Classroom teaching ability shows the development trend of"W type"on the teaching age axis,with"novice"teachers and"new professor"at the bottom of the curve.Two countermeasures are proposed in the study,sticking to the goal orientation and continuously improving classroom teaching ability,and focusing on special groups and promoting the development of teaching ability of different types of teachers.The findings are about to benefit the improvement of classroom teaching ability in applied universities.
