Research on the evolutionary game of big data resource sharing

着眼军事部门间大数据资源共享问题,对共享主体进行了特点分析;提出了军事部门间基于共享积极性存在随机共享策略模式;构建了积极共享策略集和消极共享策略集;研究了军事部门在积极共享和消极共享策略集下的共享演化博弈;对影响共享演化博弈的因素进行分析,其中随机共享收益与惩罚系数对军事部门间大数据资源共享演化博弈存在负向、正向影响;对提高军事部门间大数据资源共享积极性提出建议。该研究对提升军事部门间大数据资源共享,提升数据驱动决策能力,具有重要参考价值。

Focusing on the sharing of big data resources among military departments,this paper analyzes the characteristics of sharing subjects,proposes that there is a random sharing strategy model among military departments based on sharing enthusiasm,constructs a positive sharing strategy set,studies the sharing evolutionary game between military departments under the positive sharing strategy set and negative sharing strategy set,and analyzes the factors affecting the sharing evolutionary game.The random sharing income and penalty coefficient have negative and positive effects on the evolutionary game of big data resource sharing among military departments.Some suggestions about improving the enthusiasm for big data resource sharing among military departments are given.The research has important reference value for improving big data resource sharing among military departments and improving data-driven decision-making ability.
