基于CVaR的含分布式电源配电网电压偏移风险评估方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 DG出力的间隙性和随机性影响了对配电网电压偏移风险评估的准确性。考虑配电网结构及DG接入的现状,建立了电压偏移后果模型。研究了DG出力概率模型,并针对含DG的配电网后果计算的复杂性,提出了CVaR模型对数据进行处理,使得运用一般计算方法即可得到事件的后果进而得到CvaR风险指标。以IEEE-33节点网络为例计算含分布式能源的配电网的风险指标,对比结果表明分布式电源的引入能够有效地降低配电网系统的风险;同时也反映了CVaR模型对分布式电源不确定性特点具有较好的适应性。 DG output power has the features of remarkable intermittent and randomness,which affect the accuracy of the risk assessment of the distribution network voltage deviation.A voltage deviation consequence model is established by considering the distribution network structure and current situation of DG access.This paper studies the DG output probability model.According to the complexity of the calculation of the consequences of the distribution network with DG,a CVaR model is proposed to process the data,so that the general calculation method can be used to obtain the consequences of the event and then obtain the CVaR risk index.Taking IEEE-33 node network as an example,the risk index of distribution network with distributed energy is calculated.The comparison result shows that the introduction of distributed generation can effectively reduce the risk of distribution network system and reflects that CVaR model has better adaptability for the uncertainty output of distributed power.
