Research on the Effective Management of Class Teaching in Private Vocational Colleges

民办高职院校课堂教学管理一直是一个众说纷纭的话题,结合多年的教学经验和督导经验,从客观到主观、从国家政策到学生特点,再到课堂教学状态,多层面多维度的对当前存在的问题进行了分析,在此基础上给出了解决问题的参考途径和方法。

Class teaching management is always a heated topic in private vocational colleges. Based on my years of teaching and supervision experience, this paper analyses the management problems existing from multi-levels and multi-dimensions: from being objective to being subjective, government policies to student features, and again back to class teaching condition, from which approaches and methods to solve such problems are eventually proposed.
