本文从五方面对社旗山陕会馆商业文化的功能进行了分析,得出了在明清时期山陕会馆在赊店古镇中倡导的经商理念和商业文化功能。商业规范性操作和极高的约束力促使了赊店古镇的繁荣与商业信誉的延续,其诚信为本、公平公正、自律互助等方面功能对现代社会具有借鉴意义。

This paper analyzes the commercial culture function of Shan-Shaan Guild Hall from five aspects,and concludes the business idea and commercial culture function advocated by Shan-shaan Guild Hall in the Shedian ancient town in the Ming and Qing Dynasties.The commercial normative operation and high binding force promote the prosperity and business reputation continuation of Shedian ancient town,its integrity-based,fair and just,self-discipline and mutual assistance and other functions have reference significance for modermn society.
