The computer archaeological seriation analysis(CASA)system is an auxiliary analysis system based on the archaeological typological theory,which has been realized with the computer technology and mathematical statistics.The function of this system is to analyse the relative chronological seriaton of the archaeological units with the phenomena such as amounts,forms or assemblages of objects from the archaeological remains.In the moment this system can be run on IBM PC and its compatibles under the DOS operating system.
