摘要
脑胶质瘤是最常见的原发性颅内肿瘤,具有相当高的发病率和死亡率。循环肿瘤细胞(circulating tumor cells,CTCs)检测技术是液体活检的重要组成部分。CTCs携带了肿瘤组织的遗传和生物学信息,为肿瘤转移、进展、化疗敏感性和耐药性提供新的视角和维度。脑脊液(cerebrospinal fluid,CSF)循环于脑室和脊髓池,相比于组织与血浆复杂环境的影响,能更好地保持肿瘤细胞的原有信息。中枢神经系统(central nervous system,CNS)疾病CSF中CTCs动态变化的研究还较为少见。CSF中CTCs的分析可用于指导脑胶质瘤的治疗,揭示肿瘤细胞向CSF转移的病理生理和遗传学机制。现对CTCs检测技术在脑胶质瘤中的研究进展进行综述,探究脑脊液中总CTCs和各种类型的CTCs数量的绝对值和数量的动态变化与患者预后之间的相关性。
Glioma is the most common primary intracranial tumor with high morbidity and serious mortality.The detection of circulating tumor cells(CTCs)is an important part of liquid biopsy.CTCs carry genetic and biological information of tumor tissues,which provides a new perspective and dimension for tumor metastasis,progression,chemosensitivity and drug resistance.Cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)circulating in the cerebral ventricle and spinal cistern,compared with the complex environment of tissue and plasma,can better maintain the original information of tumor cells.There are few studies on the dynamic changes of CTCs in the CSF of central nervous system(CNS)disease.The analysis of CTCs in CSF can be used to guide the treatment of gliomas and reveal the pathophysiological and genetic mechanism of tumor cell metastasis to CSF.This article reviewed the research progress of detection technology of CTCs in brain gliomas,and explored the correlation between the absolute and dynamic changes of total CTCs and various types of CTCs in CSF and the prognosis of patients.
