白银地区儿童缺铁性贫血发病和贫血程度的危险因素分析

Analysis of risk factors in iron deficiency anemia and anemia degree in children in Baiyin Area

【目的】分析白银地区儿童缺铁性贫血发病和贫血程度的危险因素。【方法】选择2016年1月至2018年10月收治的儿童缺铁性贫血患儿268例进行观察,采用回顾性分析方式针对观察对象的临床资料进行深入单因素及多因素分析,分析儿童缺铁性贫血发病及贫血程度的危险因素。【结果】单因素分析后显示喂养方式、病程、年龄等与贫血程度存在相关性;多因素分析后显示病程3个月内及年龄一岁以内属于贫血程度的危险因素。【结论】婴幼儿属于缺铁性贫血的高发人群,且出生体质量、孕周、年龄及既往疾病等与患儿贫血程度及发病存在密切相关性,临床中应针对高危人群进行早期诊断及干预治疗。

【Objective】To analyze the risk factors of iron deficiency anemia and anemia degree in children in Baiyin Area.【Methods】A total of 268 children with iron deficiency anemia admitted from January 2016 to October 2018 were selected for observation,and their clinical data were analyzed retrospectively in the risk factors of the severity of iron deficiency anemia.【Results】Univariate analysis showed that there was a correlation between feeding pattern,disease duration and age as well as the degree of anemia.Multivariate analysis showed that the disease duration within 3 months and the age less than one year old were the risk factors of anemia degree.【Conclusion】There is a high incidence of iron deficiency anemia in infants and young children,and the birth body mass,gestational week,age and previous diseases are closely related to the degree and incidence of anemia in children.Early diagnosis and intervention therapy should be carried out for high-risk groups in clinical practice.
