摘要
【目的】探讨全身成像三维量化(general imaging 3-dimensional quantification,GI3DQ)评价左心室收缩功能的价值。【方法】选取45例患者,用实时三维(RT-3D)超声心动图采集心尖四腔心全容积图像,将其导入GI3DQ三维图像工作站脱机测量左心室舒张末期容积(left ventricular end diastolic volume,LVEDV)和左心室收缩末期容积(left ventricular end systolic volume,LVESV),得出射血分数(ejection fraction,EF);MRI测量LVEDV和LVESV,并计算左心室每搏量(left ventricular stroke volume,LVSV)和EF。GI3DQ和MRI的测值行相关性分析。【结果】GI3DQ和MRI评价左心室收缩功能,EF相关性为r=0.87,GI3DQ和MRI两种方法行一致性分析,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。【结论】GI3DQ可对左心室收缩功能进行准确的定量评估,为临床评价左心室收缩功能提供了更加准确、简便的新方法。
【Objective】To explore the value of general imaging 3-dimensional quantification(GI3DQ)in evaluating left ventricular systolic function.【Methods】45 patients were selected to measure the left ventricular end diastolic volume(LVEDV)and end systolic volume(LVESV)so as to obtain the ejection fraction(EF),whose full volume image of apical four chamber heart was collected by realtime three-dimensional(RT-3D)echocardiography and full volume image of three-dimensional apical four chamber heart was imported by GI3DQ three-dimensional imaging.The work station measured LVEDV and LVESV offline to get EF value.LVEDV and LVESV were measured by MRI,and left ventricular stroke volume(LVSV)and LVEF were calculated.The correlation between GI3DQ and MRI was analyzed.【Results】The correlation of EF between GI3DQ and MRI was as follows,r=0.87.There was no significant difference between GI3DQ and MRI(P>0.05).【Conclusion】GI3DQ can evaluate left ventricular systolic function accurately and quantitatively,which provides a more accurate and simple new method for clinical evaluation of left ventricular systolic function.
