儿童新冠肺炎诊疗及防控的若干思考

Some thoughts on diagnosis and control of corona virus disease-19 in children

2020年2月11日,国际病毒分类委员会命名严重急性呼吸综合征冠状病毒2(severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2,SARS-CoV-2),WHO将SARS-CoV-2命名为2019新冠(2019 novel coronavirus,2019-nCoV),由SARS-Co V-2感染引起的疾病称为19冠状病毒疾病(corona virus disease-19,COVID-19)。我国疾病预防控制中心将2019-nCoV感染的肺炎称为新冠肺炎。该病作为急性呼吸道传染病已纳入《中华人民共和国传染病防治法》规定的乙类传染病,按甲类传染病管理。截至2020年3月19日全球累计确诊新冠肺炎超过23万例,超过170个国家地区出现新冠肺炎病例,已构成全球大流行。儿童作为新冠肺炎感染的特殊群体,在流行病学特点、临床特征、诊疗方案、心理干预及防控措施等方面均存在特殊性,现将国内外相关文献进行梳理总结,为后续研究提供参考。

On February 11,2020,the International Classification of Viruses named this virus as severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2),then WHO named SARS-CoV-2 as 2019 novel coronavirus(2019-nCoV).The diseases caused by SARS-CoV-2 infection are called corona virus disease-19(COVID-19).Disease prevention and control center in China named 2019-nCoV infection of pneumonia as corona virus disease-19,shorter as"COVID-19".The disease,as an acute respiratory infectious disease,has been incorporated into Class B infectious diseases as stipulated in the Law of the people’s Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases,and is managed as Class A infectious diseases.As of March 19,2020,more than 230,000 COVID-19 cases have been diagnosed globally,and more than 170 countries and regions have reported COVID-19,which constitute a global pandemic.As a special group of COVID-19,children have special characteristics in epidemiology,clinical characteristics,diagnosis and treatment plan,psychological intervention and prevention and control measures,etc.This paper combed and summarized the relevant literatures at home and abroad to provide reference for the follow-up research.
