军校学员学习倦怠状况及与自我效能感的关系 被引量:1

Relationship between learning burnout and self-efficacy of military cadets

摘要 【目的】了解军校学员学习倦怠状况及与自我效能感之间的关系。【方法】采用大学生学习倦怠问卷和大学生学业自我效能感问卷,对武警某院校609名学员进行现场问卷调查。【结果】(1)军校学员学习倦怠量表总分为(50.21±13.24)分,总均分为(2.51±0.66),学习倦怠发生率为27.15%。(2)男学员在情绪低落、行为不当和学习倦怠总均分上均显著高于女学员得分(P<0.01),生长干部学员在各维度均分和学习倦怠总均分上均显著高于士官学员(P<0.01),医学专业学员各维度均分和学习倦怠总均分均显著高于护理专业和非医学专业学员得分(P<0.01),不同年级医学专业学员在情绪低落、行为不当和学习倦怠总均分上的差异显著(P<0.01)。(3)学业自我效能感总分与学习倦怠总分呈显著负相关r=-0.78(P<0.01),学业自我效能感各维度与学习倦怠各维度的相关系数在-0.50^-0.79(P<0.01)。【结论】军校学员中存在一定程度的学习倦怠,学员的学业自我效能感与学习倦怠关系密切。 【Objective】To learn the relationship between learning burnout and self-efficacy of military cadets.【Methods】A total of609 students in an armed police college were investigated via the burnout questionnaire and self-efficacy questionnaire.【Results】(1)The total score of learning burnout scale was(50.21±13.24),and the average score was(2.51±0.66).The incidence of learning burnout was 27.15%.(2)The average scores of depression,misbehavior and learning burnout in male students were significantly higher than those in female students(P<0.01).The average and total scores of learning burnout in growth cadre students were significantly higher than those in sergeant students(P<0.01).The average and total scores of learning burnout in medical students were significantly higher than those in nursing students and non-medical students(P<0.01).The average scores of depression,misbehavior and learning burnout in medical students of different grades were significantly different(P<0.01).(3)There was a significant negative correlation between the total score of academic self-efficacy and total score of learning burnout,r=-0.78(P<0.01),and the correlation coefficient between each dimension of academic self-efficacy and each dimension of learning burnout was-0.50^-0.79(P<0.01).【Conclusion】There is a certain degree of learning burnout among military cadets,and the academic self-efficacy of cadets is closely related to learning burnout.
