Advances of motion style acupuncture at Hou Xi point in the treatment of acute lumbar sprain

通过归纳整理近年来运动针刺后溪穴治疗急性腰扭伤的临床研究,证实该法治疗急性腰扭伤临床疗效显著,优势独特,且运动针刺后溪穴联合其他干预手段治疗腰扭伤,有明显的协同作用,可以增强疗效。亦探讨总结运动针刺后溪穴治疗急性腰扭伤的相关作用机制,以期为其他学者提供新的思路,能指导临床,并广泛推广。

The analysis of clinical studies on treating acute lumbar sprain in recent years has been proved that the motion style acupuncture at Hou Xi point is significant and has unique advantages, and the motion style acupuncture at Hou Xi point in combination with other intervention can enhance the efficacy with obvious synergy. Besides, this paper summarized the mechanism of motion style acupuncture at Hou Xi point in the treatment of acute lumbar sprain in order to provide new ideas for other scholars, guide the clinical practice and widely spread it.
