某口腔专科医院护士情绪智力、焦虑、抑郁现状调查及分析

Investigation and relationship analysis of emotional intelligence, anxiety and depression among nurses in specialized oral hospital

【目的】调查了解口腔专科医院护士情绪智力、焦虑、抑郁现状并分析其相关关系。【方法】采用简单随机抽样法选取符合标准的口腔专科医院的护士为研究对象进行问卷调查。【结果】口腔专科护士的总体焦虑得分和抑郁得分均高于中国常模;护士情绪智力平均得分为(3.96±0.30)分,属于中等偏上;并且护士情绪智力的情绪知觉维度与焦虑状态呈负相关(P<0.01);情绪知觉维度、自我情绪管理维度和他人情绪管理维度与抑郁状态呈高度负相关(P<0.01);多元回归分析显示导致焦虑状态、抑郁状态和情绪智力的危险因素各不相同;手术室护士在抑郁和情绪智力方面与门诊、病房的护士有显著差异。【结论】口腔专科医院护士情绪智力水平较好,但焦虑、抑郁情绪高于国内常模,心理健康状况欠佳,情绪智力与抑郁或焦虑情绪呈显著负相关,应针对相关因素改善口腔护士心理状况以提高护理工作水平。

【Objective】To investigate the current situation of emotional intelligence,anxiety and depression among nurses in stomatological hospitals and analyze the correlation of the three aspects.【Methods】The convenience sampling method was used to select the qualified nurses from stomatological hospitals who were investigated by the questionnaires.【Results】The raw scores of anxiety and total standard scores of depression in oral nurses were significantly higher than the norm with significant difference.The nurses’average scores of emotional intelligence were(3.96±0.30)points,which was above the average level.The emotional perception dimension of emotional intelligence was negatively correlated with the anxiety state(P<0.01).Dimensions of emotion perceptions,self-emotion management and other emotion management were highly negatively correlated with the depression state(P<0.01).Multiple regression analysis showed that the risk factors for anxiety,depression and emotional intelligence were different.Among them,the emotional intelligence and SDS of nurses in the operating room were significantly higher than the value of nurses in the the clinical and ward.【Conclusion】The nurses’emotional intelligence in stomatological hospitals is in the upper level,but the negative emotion of anxiety and depression is more common.They are in poor mental health.Emotional intelligence was negatively correlated with depression or anxiety.Measures should be taken to improve the mental health of nurses in stomatological hospitals and quality of nursing work.
