国内青少年脊柱侧凸的非手术治疗进展

Progress in non-operative treatment of adolescent scoliosis in China

脊柱侧凸即脊柱、胸腔和躯干的形状和位置发生了变化,从而引起一系列脊柱相关病症的疾病。其发病机理尚未完全阐明,存在多种学说。本病以非手术治疗为主,包括传统中医治疗、支具疗法、运动疗法、机器悬吊及脊柱矫正床、三小脊诊整脊技术、针刀医学等。中医治疗有疗效,但无统一中医治疗指南,且缺乏大样本多中心实验。现对国内非手术治疗本病的方法进行综述,以期为临床治疗选择合适的方法提供参考。

Scoliosis,changes in the shape and position of the spine,chest and trunk,causes a range of diseases related to spinal disorders.Its pathogenesis has not yet been fully elucidated,and there are many hypotheses.The disease is mainly based on nonsurgical treatment,including traditional Chinese medicine treatment,bracing therapy,exercise therapy,machine suspension and spinal correction bed,three small spine diagnosis and chiropractic techniques and needle knife medicine.Chinese medicine treatment is of curative efficacy,but there is no unified Chinese medicine treatment guideline,and a lack of large sample multicenter experiments.This article reviewed the methods of non-surgical treatment of this disease in order to provide reference for clinical treatment.
