摘要 本文中提出的可控震源激发生产管理系统,主要解决石油勘探中通讯故障制约生产效率的难题,从理论层面进行创新,将现有星状电台通讯模式改变为网状通讯模式,提高通讯可靠性的同时拓展了通讯带宽,提供了更大的冗余机制和通信负载平衡功能,实现了更多的系统功能,从根本上改变了震源通讯困难及PSS报告回传率低的现状。通讯实施方案结合自主研发的自组网电台与激发控制软件可实现可控震源高效采集、无桩号施工、震源振动性能实时监控与记录、授时同步状态提醒、远程任务分发等功能。该系统经过多个探区的应用、改进与完善,整个系统稳定可靠,其通讯距离扩展至上百公里,平均生产日效提升了30%~60%,降低了生产成本,获得勘探主体的一致好评。 The vibroseis production management system proposed in this paper,aiming at the problem of communication failure restricting production efficiency in petroleum exploration,innovates from the theoretical level,changes the radio communication mode,improves the communication reliability,expands the communication bandwidth,and provides greater redundancy mechanism and communication load balancing function,So as to achieve more system functions,fundamentally change the communication difficulties and low return rate of PSS report.The communication implementation scheme,combined with the selfdeveloped ad hoc radio and excitation control software,can realize the functions of high-efficiency acquisition,no station construction,real-time monitoring and recording of vibration performance,synchronous state reminder of time service,remote task distribution,etc.Through the application in many exploration areas,the whole system is stable and reliable.It can expand the communication distance to hundreds of kilometers,improve the average daily production efficiency by 30%-60%,reduce the production cost,and has been unanimous praised by the exploration subject.
