G3i地面设备密封结构研究与探讨

Investigation on sealing technology of G3i seismic data acquisition instrument

随着野外勘探规模的扩大和设备的常年持续使用,G3i地震数据采集系统开始出现不同程度的损坏。其中,泄漏和密封问题凸显严重。本文阐述了G3i设备的密封结构现状,研制了适合的注胶设备并对现有G3i设备的铝合金壳体结构进行了改进。最后,运用ANSYS有限元软件对现有和改进后的G3i铝合金壳体结构进行对比模拟分析。

As the field exploration expands,more problems occur in G3 i instruments with continuous use of the equipment all year round,among which leakage and sealing problems are the most serious.In the article the sealing technology for G3 i instruments will be illustrated.A glue-injection system for plugs in G3 i will be developed and the structure design of the aluminumalloy housing will be improved.Finally,a comparison between the current design and improved design will be made based on FEM analysis module of ANSYS software.
