摘要
井炮源驱动技术由于炮点定位准确,施工效率高等优势在生产中得到广泛应用。目前,ShotPro、BOOM BOX爆炸机大多不具备内置GPS功能,需要外部接收GPS信号再送给爆炸机,实现井炮源驱动。本文介绍了一款自主研发的软件和外置坐标接收器,无需外置GPS设备,即可向爆炸机发送炮点坐标。同时,该软件可以自动生成爆炸班报,改变了以往手写爆炸班报的工作模式,方便野外施工。BOOM BOX、老版本ShotPro爆炸机不具备源驱动协议,无法在428XL仪器实现源驱动施工。为此,开发了协议转换器以仿真SGDS爆炸机的施工方式,实现以上两种爆炸机的源驱动功能。
Because of the accurate location of shot point and high construction efficiency,source driven for dynamite is widely used in construction.At present,most ShotPro and BoomBox blasters do not have the built-in GPS function,so they need to receive GPS signals from outside and send them to the blaster to realize the source driven for dynamite.This paper introduces a self-developed software,which can send shot point coordinates to the blaster without external GPS equipment.At the same time,th e software can automatically generate an explosion shift report,which changes the previous working mode of handwritten explosion shift report and facilitates field construction.The BoomBox and the old ShotPro do not have the source driven protocol,so t hey can not realize the source driven for dynamite in 428 XL instrument.Therefore,the protocol converter is developed to simulate the construction mode of SGDS blaster,so as to realize the source driven functions of the above two kinds of blasters.
