近年来,随着可控震源的大力推广及工区环保力度的逐渐加强,可控震源施工路线不再进行清理线路的工作,尤其是在复杂的施工地表作业会导致可控震源的转向机构频繁出现故障。本文主要阐述一种解决可控震源转向机构故障的方法,从而通过该方法减少其转向机构的故障率,提高现场维修水平。

In recent years,as the promotion of vibrator and gradual enhancement of environmental protection in working area,the bulldozer cannot be used on the way where the vibrators work.So the complex terrain makes the steering mechanism failure appear frequently.This paper focuses on a method to solve the failure of the steering mechanism of the vibrator,so as to re duce the failure rate of its steering mechanism and improve the field maintenance level.
