摘要
Trimble锂电池充电器的电路设计选用了BQ24006智能充电管理芯片,通过充电时钟和电压反馈对比两种方式控制充电过程,相比传统的单纯采用过压保护措施,安全性提高了。壳体设计采用铝合金材质,通过交流输入点封胶,电源线绝缘套加厚,增加防脱离垫片,增加交流输入端3A保险管等措施,提高设备安全性。充电器完成后应用野外生产,提高充电效率,受到用户好评。
The circuit of Trimble lithium battery charger uses BQ24006 intelligent charging management chip.The charging process is controlled by charging clock and voltage feedback.Compared with traditional over-voltage protection measures,the safety is improved.The shell is made of aluminum alloy.The safety of the equipment is improved by sealing the input points,thickening the insulation sleeve of the power line,adding anti separation gasket and adding 3 A fuse at the input end.The charger improves the charging efficiency of front-line work and is well received by users.
