摘要 近几年来随着内生菌分离技术的进展,国内外已从好几个属、种的放线菌结瘤植物的根瘤中获得了许多弗兰克氏菌的离体培养。为了解它们的分类地位,在弗兰克氏菌的形态、生理、细胞化学、血清学和与寄主植物的关系等方面均已开展了一些研究,积累了一些资料。但在弗兰克氏菌的生态学研究方面报导甚少。为适应弗兰克氏菌生态学研究的需要,快速鉴别弗兰克氏菌和非弗兰克氏菌的差别. Infrared spectrophotometry was applied for identification of Frankia.11 Frankia strains isolated from Alnus.Hippophae,Casuanina and Myrica were studied.Comparative studies showed that all the Frankia strains isolated have same infrared absorption spectra.Its absorption pattern completely differed from pattern of non-Frankia stra in.Spectral characteristics of Frankia strains varies among the different host sources.Infrared spectra of Frankia may serve as one of identification characteristics in taxonomic studies.
