摘要
在某天然气长输管道工程中发现相控阵超声检测(PAUT)与射线检测对未熔合缺陷的检测结果不吻合,结合检测工作中的经典案例以及两种检测方法原理得出结论:相控阵超声检测和射线检测结合使用能够有效提高未熔合的检出率。
It is found that the Phase array ultrasonic testing(PAUT)and the X-ray testing of non-fusion defects are not in agreement in a long gas pipeline project.Combining the classic cases in the testing work and the principle of two testing methods,It is concluded that the testing rate of non-fusion can be improved by the combination of phase array ultrasonic testing and X-ray testing.
