摘要
超声波喷水穿透法C扫描检测复合材料效果最佳,然而一些特殊结构零件会影响检测成像效果。通过对比实验,对含有人工预埋缺陷零件按照不同的放置方式进行C扫描成像检测,比较不同的C扫描波幅成像图。实验结果表明,通过对零件不同扫查方向的检测效果比较分析,得出对喷水效果影响最小的零件的扫查方向。
C-scanning of ultrasonic squirter transmission method has the best testing effect,but some special structural parts will influence the testing imaging effect.Through the experimental method,it conducts C-scanning imaging testing of the parts with artificial pre-embedded defects according to different placement modes,and compares the different C-scanning amplitude images.The experimental result shows that it gets the best part testing orientation through comparative analysis of the testing effects of different scanning orientations of parts.
