摘要
复合型人才的培养随着现代经济社会的快速发展愈发显得紧缺和重要,高等院校的发展离不开培育符合市场需要的复合型专业人才,其核心主题是提高教育教学质量,优化深化反馈教学管理机制、建立健全教育教学规章制度、加强完善教学质量标准体系、积极推动教育教学质量监控与保障、持续改善教学信息评估与反馈,切实保障学校教育教学的有效运行,构建健全的"54321"教学质量监控与保障体系是提升教学质量的关键点。
With the rapid development of modern economy and society,the cultivation of compound talents is becoming more and more urgent and important.The development of colleges and universities is inseparable from the cultivation of compound talents that meet the needs of the market.Its core theme is to improve the quality of education and teaching,optimize and deepen the feedback teaching management mechanism,establish and improve the rules and regulations of education and teaching,strengthen and perfect the standard system of teaching quality and actively promote it,continuously improve the evaluation and feedback of teaching information,and ensure the effective operation of school education and teaching.The key point to improve the teaching quality is to build a sound“54321”teaching quality monitoring and guarantee system.
