Three Elements of Implementing an Efficient Classroom in Elementary School Mathematics

构建小学数学高效课堂关键在教师,教师要不断学习、总结、反思和改进,课堂才能实现知识传承、能力发展、价值观形成的三维目标。当前小学数学课堂存在效率低下,教学重形式轻实质,重结论轻过程等现象,课堂没有达到"学生成长"的三维目标。文章对小学数学课堂进行探究,提出小学数学高效课堂的三要素是教案设计、课堂管控、媒体运用。

The key to building an efficient classroom is the teacher.The teacher should keep learning,summarizing,reflecting and improving,so that the classroom can realize the“three-dimensional goal”of knowledge inheritance,ability development and value formation.At present,there are some phenomena in the classroom,such as low efficiency,emphasizing form over substance and conclusion over process,and the classroom has not achieved the ultimate goal of“student growth”.This paper probes into the efficient classroom of primary school mathematics and puts forward the core elements of implementing the efficient classroom.
