摘要
采用整群抽样法,选取边疆民族地区17所农村寄宿制中小学生作为被试,经过项目分析、探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析,探索边疆民族地区寄宿制学生心理资本结构,编制问卷。研究显示《边疆民族地区农村寄宿制学生心理资本问卷》包括自我效能、乐观、坚韧、感恩、友善、自制力6个维度,共37个项目,具有良好的信度和效度,可以作为研究寄宿制学生心理资本的测量工具。
Using cluster sampling method,17 rural boarding primary and middle school students in border rural areas were selected as subjects.Through project analysis,exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis,psychological capital structure of students in border minority areas was explored and questionnaires were prepared.The questionnaire on the psychological capital of boarding students in rural areas includes six dimensions:self-efficacy,optimism,tenacity,gratitude,kindness and self-control.It contains 37 items.It has good reliability and validity and can be used as a measurement tool for studying boarding students’psychological capital.
