A Study on the Governance of the China-Lao Mohan-Moding Cross-border Economic Cooperation Zone under the Background of Belt and Road Initiative

"一带一路"倡议下中国和老挝合作建立了磨憨—磨丁跨境经济合作区,它是双方贸易往来合作的创新之举,未来将成为中国与东南亚国家之间重要的交流合作平台,建设与治理好可以为"一带一路"倡议的推进提供范本。基于"一带一路"的背景从理论与实践层面对中老磨憨—磨丁跨境经济合作区进行研究,分析其在建设和发展过程中所面临的问题,针对性地提出治理措施,推进跨境经济合作区的建设和发展。

Under the"Belt and Road"initiative,China and Laos have established the Mohan-Modin crossborder economic cooperation zone.It is an important platform for exchange and cooperation between China and Southeast Asian countries.It is a major initiative of bilateral economic and trade cooperation in the new era.The construction and governance of this platform can provide a model for advancing the"Belt and Road"initiative.Based on the perspective of frontier development,this paper studies the China-Laos Mohan-Modin cross-border economic cooperation zone from the theoretical and practical level,analyzes its potential problems and constraints,and proposes targeted governance measures to promote the construction and development of cross-border economic cooperation zone.
