云南边疆民族地区非传统安全国防教育现状及对策研究——以滇东南地区为例

Present Situation and Countermeasures of Non-traditional Security National Defense Education in Yunnan Frontier Minority Areas:A Case Study of the East Yunnan Region

在云南边疆民族地区,非传统安全国防教育虽然取得了一些成绩,但也存在非传统安全问题认识缺位、非传统安全国防教育内容理论化、形式单一、满意度和实效性较低等问题。为促进非传统安全国防教育健康发展,在阐述非传统安全问题现状、非传统安全国防教育现状和问题的基础上,从学校、村民村落、基层组织三个层面提出了对策建议,以保障非传统安全国防教育取得良好成效。

In Yunnan frontier ethnic areas,although non-traditional security national defense education has made some achievements,there are also problems such as lack of understanding of non-traditional security issues,theoreticalization of non-traditional security national defense education content,single form,satisfaction and effectiveness,and so on.In order to promote the healthy development of non-traditional security national defense education,on the basis of expounding the current situation of non-traditional security issues,the present situation and problems of non-traditional security national defense education,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from three levels:schools,villagers’villages and grass-roots organizations,in order to ensure that non-traditional security national defense education achieves good results.
