“一带一路”倡议背景下天津自贸区东疆港片区发展研究

A Research on the Development of Dongjiang Port Area in China (Tianjin) Pilot Free Trade Zone under the Background of “The Belt and Road” Initiative

中国(天津)自由贸易试验区的建立,标志着天津港的发展迎来了新的契机。这和国家的"一带一路"倡议和"京津冀一体化"战略是相辅相成的。东疆港区的建设,是天津港实现港口功能拓展与深化改革的重要举措,也是天津港的升级和发展重点的转移。东疆港区作为贸易和物流的重要枢纽,承载着对外联系和物资交换的重要作用。自贸区成立五年多时间,东疆港片区的发展有目共睹,基本实现了建立自贸区总体要求的目标,但是也存在一些诸如母城市发展后援不足、功能划分亟需改善、本土大型企业覆盖率低等问题。本文在剖析问题的同时对可持续发展提出建议和对策。

The establishment of China (Tianjin) Pilot Free Trade Zone marked a new opportunity for the development of Tianjin Port.This was complementary to the country’s "The Belt and Road" initiative and the "Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Integration" strategy.The construction of Dongjiang Free Trade Port Zone is an important measure for Tianjin Port to realize the expansion of port functions and deepen the reform,as well as the upgrade of Tianjin Port and the transfer of development focus.As an important hub of trade and logistics,Dongjiang Free Trade Port Zone plays an important role in external contact and cargo exchange.During the establishment of Free trade zone for more than five years,the development of the Dongjiang is remarkable,and the overall requirements of establishing a free trade zone are basically achieved.However,there are still some problems such as the support from the mother city is insufficient,the functional division requires improvement,and domestic large enterprises take low coverage,etc.Based on the analysis of problems the paper puts forward some suggestions and measures for the sustainable development of the area.
