连翘木脂素研究进展

Research Progress on Lignans of Forsythia Suspensa

连翘是我国40种常用大宗中药材,木脂素为连翘中的主要药效成分,具有抗氧化、保肝、降血脂等多种活性。文章总结了近年来对连翘木脂素类的化学成分、测定方法、提取纯化工艺、生物活性、稳定性等一些新的研究进展,为连翘木脂素类化合物的研究提供参考。

Forsythia suspensa is one of the 40 commonly used Chinese herbal medicines in China.The lignans are the main medicinal ingredients in Forsythia suspensa.They have antioxidant,hepatoprotective and hypolipidemic activities.This paper summarizes the lignans in Forsythia sinensis in recent years.Some new research reports on chemical composition,determination method,extraction and purification process,biological activity and stability provide reference for the study of forsythia lignans.
