不同胁迫条件下白花三叶草种子的萌发特性 被引量:2

Germination Characteristics of Trifolium Repens Seeds under Different Stresses

摘要 以白花三叶草种子为试验材料,设置5个pH值梯度、3个NaCl溶液浓度和5个PEG浓度,以蒸馏水培养为对照,在培养皿滤纸中培养,测定发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和平均发芽时间4个指标,研究其在逆境条件下的萌发特性。结果表明:白花三叶草种子萌发特性的优劣为pH6.0>pH6.5>pH7.5>pH8.0>pH7.0,pH6.0时发芽指数极显著高于pH7.0显著高于pH8.0,其它指标无明显差异;盐浓度为对照>50 mmol/L>100 mmol/L>150 mmol/L,四个指标均存在极显著差异;不同PEG浓度处理白三叶草种子的发芽特性均明显低于对照。综合来看,白花三叶草在弱酸性条件下萌发最好,能耐受相当于50 mmol/L NaCl溶液浓度和5%PEG浓度干旱胁迫。 Taking Clover Seeds as experimental materials,five pH gradients,three concentrations of NaCl solution and five concentrations of PEG were set up and cultured in distilled water as control.The germination rate,germination potential,germination index and average germination time were measured and the germination characteristics under adverse conditions were studied.The results showed that the germination characteristics of clover seeds were pH 6.0>pH 6.5>pH 7.5>pH 8.0>pH 7.0,and the germination index was significantly higher than pH 7.0 at pH 6.0 and significantly higher than pH 8.0.There was no significant difference in other indexes;the salt concentration was control>50 mmol/L>100 mmol/L>150 mmol/L,and the four indexes were significantly different under different PEG concentrations.Germination characteristics of grass seeds were significantly lower than those of control.Generally speaking,clover germinated best under weak acidic conditions and could tolerate drought stress equivalent to 50 mmol/L NaCl solution concentration and 5%PEG concentration.
