2020年第三届中国国际进口博览会举办场所蚊虫监测

摘要 目的了解2020年第三届中国国际进口博览会(简称“进博会”)举办场所蚊虫密度分布及动态变化等情况,为防治工作提供参考。方法采用诱蚊灯法、人诱停落法、诱卵器法、路径法开展监测。结果诱蚊灯法蚊密度高峰出现在7月中旬及9月下旬,密度分别为0.47、0.37只/(灯·h);人诱停落法蚊密度高峰出现在7月下旬及10月上旬,密度分别为2.67、1.67只/(人·次);诱蚊诱卵指数高峰出现在8月上旬及9月下旬,诱蚊诱卵指数均为6.00;蚊幼路径法高峰出现在7月中旬及9月中旬,密度分别为1.20、1.11处/1000 m。结论掌握了国家会展中心(上海)区域内蚊虫密度变化情况,为防治工作提供了科学基础。 Objective To learn about the density,distribution and dynamic changes of mosquitoes at the venue of the Third China International Import Expo(hereinafter referred to as CIIE)in 2020,so as to provide reference for prevention and control.Methods Mosquito lamp trap method,human trap method,Mosq-ovitrap method and mosquito larval route method were employed in the surveillance.Results The peaks of mosquitoes density by lamp trap method appeared in the mid-July and late-September,respectively as 0.47 and 0.37 insects per lamp per hour;the mosquito density by human trap method peaked in late-July and early-October,respectively as 2.67 and 1.67 insects per person;the mosq-ovitrap index peaked in early-August and late-September as much as 6.00;and the peaks by mosquitoes larval route method appeared in the mid-July and mid-September,respectively as 1.20,1.11 points per 1000 m.Conclusion The change of mosquito density in NECC was better understood,providing a scientific basis for prevention and control.
