2017—2020年上海市闵行区诱蚊诱卵器法监测社区白纹伊蚊的情况调查

摘要 目的了解不同生境白纹伊蚊的密度变化情况,为科学灭蚊提供科学依据。方法2017—2020年对闵行区13家社区采用诱蚊诱卵器法在居民区、学校、公园、企业单位和医院等不同场所进行密度监测并计算诱蚊诱卵指数(MOI),分析各街镇白纹伊蚊消长趋势。数据使用SPSS 22.0软件进行统计分析,采用ArcGIS 10.8软件进行空间聚集性分析。结果2017—2020年闵行区共布放诱蚊诱卵器41891只,回收40411只。各年度MOI总体呈现单峰趋势,2017年6月(11.17),2018年8月(13.39),2019年6月(8.86),2020年7月(8.22)。2017年企业和公园指数较高,2018年学校和医院指数较高,2019年和2020年均以居民区最高。闵行区2019年、2020年MOI值低于2017年、2018年同期水平,两者之间有统计学差异(χ^(2)=39.349,P<0.01)。结论7—9月闵行区是登革热、寨卡等蚊媒传染病防控的重点时期。 Objective To learn the density dynamics of Aedes albopictus mosquitoes in different habitats and to provide scientific basis for mosquito control.Methods Ovitrap was used in 13 communities in Minhang District in different places such as residential areas,schools,parks,enterprises and hospitals and so on,from 2017 to 2020.The ovitrap index(MOI)was calculated and the trends were analyzed.The data were analyzed by SPSS 22.0,and the spatial clustering was analyzed by ArcGIS 10.8.Results 40411 ovitraps of the 41891 ovitraps placed were recovered in Minhang District from 2017 to 2020.MOIs dynamics showed a unimodal curve with the peaks as 11.17 in June of 2017,13.39 in August of 2018,8.86 in June of 2019 and 8.22 in July of 2020.The index of enterprises and Parks was higher in 2017.The index of schools and hospitals was higher in 2018.Residential areas’s MOI was the highest in both 2019 and 2020.MOIs in Minhang District in 2019 and 2020 were lower than those in the same period in 2017 and 2018,with statistically significant difference(χ^(2)=39.349,P<0.01).Conclusion The key period for the prevention and control of mosquito-borne infectious diseases such as dengue fever and Zika virus disease is from July to September in Minhang District.
