Insecticide resistance of Culex pipiens pallens in Tangkou sub-district of Rencheng District Jining City from 2017 to 2021

摘要 目的监测2017—2021年济宁市任城区唐口街道淡色库蚊幼虫对常用杀虫剂的抗药性,为合理使用杀虫剂提供理论依据。方法采用浸渍法测定淡色库蚊幼虫对常用5种杀虫剂的抗药性。结果2017—2021年,淡色库蚊幼虫对溴氰菊酯和氯氰菊酯呈现出不同程度的抗药性,在2018年最高分别达到102和294倍。对敌敌畏和残杀威的抗性倍数波动于6.29~8.09和3.09~4.41,对Bti一直处于敏感水平。结论唐口街道淡色库蚊对常用杀虫剂均产生了不同程度的抗药性,应当科学使用杀虫剂,以延缓蚊虫抗药性的发生和发展。 Objective To investigate the resistance of Culex pipiens pallens larvae to commonly used insecticides in Tangkou sub-district of Rencheng District Jining City from 2017 to 2021,so as to provide a theoretical basis for rational application of insecticides.Methods The resistance of Culex pipiens pallens larvae to five commonly used insecticides was determined by larval impregnation method.Results From 2017 to 2021,the larvae of Culex pipiens pallens showed resistance to deltamethrin and cypermethrin to different degrees,reaching 102 and 294 folds respectively in 2018.The Culex pipiens pallens larvae developed 6.29-8.09 and 3.09-4.41 folds resistance to dichlorvos and propoxur respectively,but remained sensitive to Bti.Conclusion Culex pipiens pallens in Tangkou sub-district has developed resistance to commonly used insecticides to varying degrees.It is necessary to apply insecticides scientifically to delay the occurrence and development of mosquito resistance.
