摘要 目的了解铜陵市登革热媒介白纹伊蚊幼蚊及成蚊的密度及季节变化规律,为防治工作提供依据。方法2015—2021年5—10月在铜陵市采用布雷图指数法对登革热媒介伊蚊幼虫进行监测,采用诱蚊灯法监测成蚊密度。结果平均布雷图指数(BI)为8.67~20.83,BI峰值分布在6—8月,5—10月月平均布雷图指数均高于阈值5。孳生地中废旧轮胎阳性率最高为14.61%,其次闲置容器为13.88%。白纹伊蚊成蚊密度为0.026~0.282只/h,成蚊密度峰值为6—8月,居民区白纹伊蚊密度最高。白纹伊蚊幼蚊布雷图指数和成蚊密度具有相关性(P=0.03),相关系数为0.89。结论应加强伊蚊密度控制措施,防止登革热输入疫情发生本地传播。 Objective To understand the density and seasonal changes of the larvae and adults of dengue vector Aedes albopictus in Tongling City,and to provide a basis for control work.Methods From May to October of 2015 to 2021 in Tongling City,the Breteau index method was used to monitor the larvae of dengue vector Aedes mosquitoes,while the mosquito light trap method to monitor the density of adult mosquitoes.Results The average Breteau indexes(BIs)were 8.67-20.83,peaked in June to August.The average BIs in May,June,July,August,September and October were above the threshold of 5.The highest positive rate of 14.61%was observed in waste tires,followed by idle containers(13.88%).The density of adult Aedes albopictus was 0.026-0.282 insects per hour,with the peak from June to August.The highest adults density took place in residential areas.The BIs correlated with the adult density of Aedes albopictus(P=0.03)with a coefficient of 0.89.Conclusion The control measures of the density of Aedes mosquitoes should be strengthened,preventing local transmission of imported dengue fever cases.
