2016—2021年盐城市盐都区登革热媒介白纹伊蚊监测分析 被引量:1

Surveillance on the dengue vector Aedes albopictus in Yandu District of Yancheng City from 2016 to 2021

摘要 目的了解盐城市盐都区白纹伊蚊的分布规律,为采取针对性的防控措施提供依据。方法每年6—10月,分别采用双层叠帐法和布雷图指数监测白纹伊蚊。结果2016—2021年盐都区登革热媒介白纹伊蚊平均帐诱指数为1.33~2.27只/(帐·h),峰值出现在7月。农村平房区密度最高,为2.00~2.80只/(帐·h),集镇居民区密度最低,为0.40~1.60只/(帐·h)。2016—2021年白纹伊蚊总体BI值为3.52。6—10月BI分布差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=10.146,P=0.038),6月BI值最高,呈逐月下降趋势。2016—2021年BI为2.67~4.22,最高的是2016年(4.22),最低的是2021年(2.67),不同年份BI分布差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=2.018,P=0.847)。集镇住宅楼区(平均BI为2.44)低于农村平房区(平均BI为4.59),差异有统计学意义。结论盐都区属于登革热传播低风险地区,需要以农村地区为重点,清除蚊虫孳生环境,控制白纹伊蚊密度。 Objective To understand the distribution of Aedes albopictus in Yandu District of Yancheng City,so as to provide a basis for targeting prevention and control measures.Methods From June to October each year,Aedes albopictus larvae were monitored by Breteau index(BI),while the adults by the double mosquito net method.Results The average net trapping index of dengue vector Aedes albopictus in Yandu District from 2016 to 2021 ranged from 1.33 to 2.27 insects/(net·h),and the peak occurred in July.Rural bungalow area had the highest density of 2.00-2.80 insects/(net·h),while town residential area had the lowest density of 0.40-1.60 insects/(net·h).The overall BI of Aedes albopictus was 3.52 from 2016 to 2021.The distribution of BIs from June to October were of statistically significant difference(χ^(2)=10.146,P=0.038),highest in June with a downward trend month by month generally.BIs ranged from 2.67 to 4.22 from 2016 to 2021,with the highest in 2016(4.22)and the lowest in 2021(2.67).There was no significant difference in BI distribution among years(χ^(2)=2.018,P=0.847).The average BI of town residential area(2.44)was lower than that of rural bungalow area(4.59)with statistically significant difference.Conclusion Yandu District is a low risk area for dengue transmission.The control work should focus on rural areas,eliminating mosquito breeding sites and managing Aedes albopictus density.
