2021年天津市河东区家蝇和德国小蠊的抗药性调查

摘要 目的了解河东区重要病媒生物家蝇和德国小蠊的抗药性情况,为科学合理使用化学杀虫剂提供理论依据。方法采用微量点滴法测定家蝇的抗药性,采用药膜法测定德国小蠊的抗药性。结果氯菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、残杀威和DDVP对家蝇的LD_(50)分别是0.804、0.249、25.395和0.246μg/♀,河东区家蝇对以上4种杀虫剂均产生高抗。溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、高效氯氟氰菊酯、氯菊酯、残杀威和乙酰甲胺磷对德国小蠊的KT_(50)分别为6.552、4.321、10.433、12.982、31.722和46.761 min,24 h死亡率均达100%,河东区德国小蠊对6种杀虫剂敏感和低抗。结论家蝇和德国小蠊的防治应以环境治理为基础,科学使用杀虫剂。 Objective To understand the insecticide resistance status of Musca domestica and Blattella germanica in Hedong District,and to provide theoretical basis for scientific and rational application of insecticides.Methods Topical application was employed for the resistance determination of M.domestica,while film contact for the resistance determination of B.germanica.Results The LD_(50)s of permethrin,beta-cypermethrin,propoxur and dichlorvos to M.domestica were 0.804,0.249,25.395 and 0.246μg/♀,respectively.M.domestica in Hedong was highly resistant to the four insecticides.The KT_(50)s of deltamethrin,beta-cypermethrin,lambda-cyhalothrin,permethrin,propoxur and acephate to B.germanica were 6.552,4.321,10.433,12.982,31.722 and 46.761 min,respectively,and the 24 hour mortality rate was 100%.B.germanica in Hedong was sensitive or low-resistant to the six insecticides.Conclusion The control of Musca domestica and Blattella germanica should be based on environmental management,and apply insecticides scientifically.
