Third-party unannounced evaluation and analysis on consolidation of national health city achievements in Xianning City in 2020

目的科学客观地评估咸宁市国家卫生城市现状,巩固创建成果。方法咸宁市爱卫办组织第三方机构,按照国家卫生城市暗访评估标准。结果暗访现场抽查了143个点位,发现问题点位106个,问题出现率74%。一般性问题101个,占问题率70.63%。从4个城中村与城乡接合部、2个农贸市场发现突出性问题5个,问题率为3.48%。本次暗访结果显示,全市评分较上次得分值提升67.07分,现场访问人群好评率80%以上。结论咸宁市取得巩固国家卫生城市工作成绩,应完善长效机制。

Objective To scientifically and objectively evaluate the current situation of Xianning National Health City,and consolidate the achievements.Methods Xianning Patriotic Health Campaign Office organized third-party organizations to conduct unannounced evaluation in accordance with the NSC unannounced evaluation standard.Results A total of 143 spots were randomly inspected,and 106 spots were found problematic accounting for 74%.Among them,101 were general problems accounting for 70.63%.Five prominent problems were found in 4 urban villages and urban-rural fringe areas and 2 farmers’markets,accounting for 3.48%.This unannounced survey showed 67.07 points better than the previous score,and over 80%praise rate of the on-site.Conclusion Xianning City has consolidated the achievements of the national health city work,and the long-term mechanism should be improved.
