松江区白纹伊蚊夏季分布及抗药性调查 被引量:1

Resistance of Aedes albopictus and its distribution in summer in Songjiang District

摘要 目的了解上海市松江区白纹伊蚊夏季分布状况以及对常用杀虫剂的抗性水平,为科学灭蚊及规范性用药提供参考依据。方法采用诱蚊诱卵器指数(MOI)法监测白纹伊蚊密度,成蚊和幼虫的抗药性测定分别采用成蚊接触筒法和幼虫浸渍法。结果2018—2020年夏季松江区15个街镇的MOI均大于5,其中11个街镇的MOI大于10。不同月份的MOI存在统计学差异(F=6.241,P<0.05),不同街镇的MOI不存在统计学差异(F=1.139,P>0.05)。2021年松江区白纹伊蚊成虫对高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、氯菊酯、高效氯氟氰菊酯呈抗性水平。2017年、2019年、2021年松江区白纹伊蚊幼虫对双硫磷的抗性倍数为3.15、4.36、4.29;2017年、2019年、2021年对高效氯氰菊酯的抗性倍数为17.16、27.92、23.39;2019年、2021年对溴氰菊酯的抗性倍数为53.80、45.70。结论松江区白纹伊蚊夏季密度较高,有登革热传播风险。白纹伊蚊对菊酯类杀虫剂抗性水平较高,应注意科学轮换使用杀虫剂。 Objective To know the distribution of Aedes albopictus in Songjiang District of Shanghai in summer and the resistance level to commonly used insecticides,and to provide a reference for scientific mosquito control and rational insecticide application.Methods The mosquito ovitrap index(MOI)was used to monitor the density of Aedes albopictus,and the adult contact tube method and larval impregnation method were used to measure the resistance of adult and larvae.Results During the summer of 2018—2020,the MOIs in the 15 towns in Songjiang District were all more than 5,and the MOIs in 11 towns were more than 10.There was statistical difference in MOIs among months(F=6.241,P<0.05),while there was no statistical difference in MOIs among towns(F=1.139,P>0.05).In 2021,the Aedes albopictus adults showed resistance to beta-cypermethrin,deltamethrin,permethrin and beta-cypermethrin.The Aedes albopictus larvae developed 3.15,4.36 and 4.29 folds resistance to temephos respectively in 2017,2019 and 2021,17.16,27.92 and 23.39 folds resistance to beta-cypermethrin respectively in 2017,2019 and 2021,and 53.80 and 45.70 folds resistance to deltamethrin respectively in 2019 and 2021.Conclusion The density of Aedes albopictus in Songjiang District was high in summer,and there was a risk of dengue fever transmission.Aedes albopictus developed high resistance to pyrethroid insecticides,and attention should be paid to scientific rotation of insecticides.
