摘要 目的了解白纹伊蚊卵在不同室温下孵化的情况,为室外白纹伊蚊卵和幼虫监测提供参考数据。方法从2020年4—12月,每月1批,共采集9批白纹伊蚊卵,每批白纹伊蚊新鲜卵、存储卵分别放入加满水的细胞板的6孔中,每天观察计数孵化幼虫。记录试验期间室内温度和相对湿度。采用SPSS 26.0软件进行分析。结果6.12和8.28两个批次白纹伊蚊新鲜卵孵化率最高,分别为88.12%和84.03%。除12.11批次卵外,其余8批白纹伊蚊新鲜卵的孵化3 d幼虫比率均大于79.00%。同批次白纹伊蚊新鲜卵的孵化率均高于其存储卵,二者有显著正相关性(r=0.746,P=0.021);白纹伊蚊新鲜卵、存储卵孵化时间随着孵化温度升高而缩短,二者有显著负相关性(r=-0.957,P<0.001;r=-0.702,P=0.035);白纹伊蚊存储卵孵化率与存储温度有显著相关性(r=0.707,P=0.033)。结论温度是影响白纹伊蚊卵孵化的主要因素,室外监测白纹伊蚊卵及幼虫时应依据温度变化做出适当的调整。 Objective To study the hatchabilities of Aedes albopictus eggs at room temperatures,supplying the trial data for field surveillance of Aedes albopictus eggs and larvae.Methods Nine batches Aedes albopictus eggs were collected from April to December in 2020 once a month.Every batch of Aedes albopictus eggs including fresh eggs and storage eggs were divided into 6 wells of cell plate full with water.These plates were placed indoors under natural room temperatures.The hatching larvae were observed and recorded daily.The room temperatures and relative humidities were recorded.SPSS 26.0 software was applied to perform data analyses.Results The highest hatching rates,88.12%and 84.03%were observed in the fresh eggs collected on twelfth June and twenty August.Eight batches of Aedes albopictus fresh eggs showed three days hatching rates more than 79.00%except the batch collected on eleventh December.The hatching rates of Aedes albopictus fresh eggs were higher than those of storage eggs of the same batch with a significant correlation(r=0.746,P=0.021).There were significant negative correlations between hatching days and hatching temperatures of fresh eggs and storage eggs(r=-0.957,P<0.001;r=-0.702,P=0.035).There was a significant correlation between storage eggs hatching rates and storage temperatures(r=0.707,P=0.033).Conclusion Temperature is the main factor affecting the egg hatching of Aedes albopictus,and the outdoor monitoring of eggs and larvae of Aedes albopictus should be adjusted according to the temperature change.
