2种方法在登革热媒介伊蚊监测中的相关性研究

Correlation of two methods in the monitoring of denger fever vector Aedes

目的 比较诱蚊诱卵器法与布雷图指数法在登革热媒介伊蚊密度监测中的相关性,为合理选择监测方法提供相关依据。方法 2020年4-12月,在成都市龙泉驿区选择农村自然村、城区小区各一个,用布雷图指数法和诱蚊诱卵器法监测蚊密度。结果 监测点总体布雷图指数(BI)和诱蚊诱卵指数(MOI)均值分别为8与6.51;城区和农村2种不同生境布雷图指数(BI)间差异无统计学意义(Z=-1.504,P=0.133),2种生境诱蚊诱卵指数(MOI)间差异亦无统计学意义(Z=-0.410,P=0.682);2种监测指标间存在相关性(rs=0.915,P=0.001)。结论 布雷图指数法与诱蚊诱卵器法均可用于登革热媒介伊蚊监测工作。

Objective To study the correlation between mosq-ovitrap method and Breteau index method,and provide relevant basis for the rational selection of monitoring methods.Methods One village and one urban residential district in Chengdu were selected as the experiment sites,and the mosquito density was monitored by two different methods from April to December in 2020.Results The average of Breteau index(BI)and mosquito oviposition positive index(MOI)were 8 and 6.51 respectively.There was no statistically significant difference between Breteau index(BI)(Z=-1.504,P=0.133)and mosquito oviposition positive index(MOI)(Z=-0.410,P=0.682)in two different living environments.There was a positive correlation between Breteau index(BI)and mosquito oviposition index(MOI)(r=0.915,P=0.001).Conclusion Both Breteau index method and mosq-ovitrap method can be used in monitoring of Aedes.
