2017—2021年上海市静安区蚊密度监测

摘要 目的了解静安区2017—2021年成蚊种类构成、密度及季节消长趋势,为蚊虫防治工作提供依据。方法采用CO诱捕法进行蚊密度监测。结果2017—2021年共捕获蚊虫17328只,蚊密度为0.86只/(灯·h),淡色库蚊为静安区优势种,占捕获总数的83.02%,其次是白纹伊蚊,占捕获总数的16.98%;蚊总密度高峰集中在6月、7月及10月,不同蚊种蚊密度季节消长曲线不同,虽均为单峰型,但密度高峰出现的月份不同;不同生境中以学校密度最高,为2.15只/(灯·h),其次为公园绿地,为1.64只/(灯·h)。结论初步了解静安区蚊密度、种类构成及季节消长情况,可为蚊虫综合防治提供参考。 Objective To know the composition,density and seasonal fluctuation of mosquitoes in Jing’an District from 2017 to 2021,and provide evidence for mosquito control.Methods Mosquito density was monitored with COlamp traps.Results A total of 17328 mosquitoes were captured from 2017 to 2021,with the average density of 0.86 insects per lamp in an hour.Culex pipiens pallens was the dominant species in Jing’an District,accounting for 83.02%,followed by Aedes albopictus accounting for 16.98%.Mosquito density peaked in June,July and October.The seasonal fluctuation curve of mosquito density was different among different mosquito species.Although they were unimodal,the density peaks appeared in different months.The highest density of mosquitoes,2.15 insects per lamp in an hour,took place in schools,followed by green lands of parks(1.64 insects per lamp in an hour).Conclusion The mosquito density,species composition and seasonal fluctuation in Jing’an District were preliminarily understood,providing reference for comprehensive control.
