安备颗粒剂对白纹伊蚊幼虫毒力的研究

摘要 目的研究安备颗粒剂在小型水体中对白纹伊蚊幼虫的毒力随时间的变化情况。方法投放不同剂量的安备颗粒剂,分别在1、2、4、8、16、32 d提取上清液作为母液。采用幼虫浸渍法测定母液的半数致死浓度(LC_(50))。结果在静置的小型水体中,母液的LC_(50)与安备的用量呈负相关,即用量越多则母液毒力越高。延长溶解时间,母液的LC_(50)大体呈上升趋势,即时间越长则母液毒力越低;并且母液的LC_(50)与溶解时长呈指数关系。结论增加安备的用量可以显著延长对蚊幼密度控制的持续时间。 Objective To research the temporal change of the toxicity of Abate granules(1%temephos granules)to larvae of Aedes albopictus in the small sized water.Methods The supernatant was extracted as mother solution on the 1st,2nd,4th,8th,16th and 32nd day respectively after the application of different dosages.The medium lethal concentrations(LC_(50)s)of the mother solution were determined by the larvae immersion method.Results LC_(50)s of mother solutions were negative correlated with the application of Abate,more application of Abate resulting in higher toxicity.LC_(50)s of mother solutions showed a general upward trend with the dissolution time extending,longer dissolution time resulting in lower toxicity,and there was an exponential relationship between LC_(50)s of mother solutions and the dissolution time.Conclusion Increasing the dosage of Abate can significantly prolong the duration of mosquito larvae density control.
