2018—2020年平顶山市德国小蠊对常用杀虫剂的抗性调查 被引量:2

摘要 目的掌握平顶山市德国小蠊对常用杀虫剂的抗性水平,为蟑螂防治提供参考。方法德国小蠊采集于平顶山市城区和郊区,采用药膜法对德国小蠊雄性成虫进行抗药性实验。结果平顶山市德国小蠊对高效氯氰菊酯抗药性高,2018年和2020年抗性倍数分别为11.31和10.05;对溴氰菊酯为中度抗性,2019年抗性倍数为5.72;对乙酰甲胺磷、毒死蜱倍数均低于2.00;对残杀威抗性低,2019年为2.79倍。结论建议采用综合防治措施,降低德国小蠊的抗药性水平。 Objective To learn the resistance of Blattella germanica to commonly used insecticides in Pingdingshan,and provide reference for the control work.Methods B.germanica were collected in urban area and suburban area of Pingdingshan.The residual film method was adopted for resistance test of the male adults of B.germanica.Results B.germanica in Pingdingshan City developed high resistance to beta-cypermethrin with resistance ratio of 11.31 in 2018 and 10.05 in 2020,middle resistance to deltamethrin with the resistance ratio of 5.72 in 2019,low resistance to acephate and chlorpyrifos with the resistance ratio lower than 2.00,and low resistance to propoxur with the resistance ratio of 2.79 in 2019.Conclusion Comprehensive control measures are recommended to reduce the insecticide resistance level of B.germanica.
